How can I sue McDonald's for totally ruining my health?
On my way to McDonald's every morning there is another McDonalds which I pass in my motorized wheelchair. this means I have to stop at McDonald's not just once but three times each morning. Once on the way to McDonald's, once when I get to McDonald's and once on the trip back. I have to go to the farther McDonald's because that's the only one that has apple pies and I need fruit in my diet, in order to lose weight. This has resulted in me eating 6 sausage McGriddles every day during my additional stops at McDonald's. Because of McDonald's negligence I have gained 200 lbs in the last month, a whole 1 10th of my total weight. McDonald's should not have put two stores so close to one another.Is there a lawyer who can take my case? I would make some phone calls but that seems strenuous. I think McDonald's owes me $2 million at the least.
Can anyone answer these health questions for me?

Let's say that Person A goes to use the bathroom. He goes pee and accidentally gets a drop of his own urine on his hands. The urine " evaporates" on his hand. The person then also forgets to wash his hands.Person A then shakes hands with Person B.Question Would Person B develop any serious health problems tumors, infectious diseases, etc. ?
