It is probably a good idea Pixie perhaps we will not get so many people abusing animals on the new regulations.

Ok, that's great because i will be its beneficiary and if ever dog eating guys there happen to catch my dog, i will still get the insurance proceeds.

It is good but unfair to the genuine dog owners who do keep proper control of their dogs. They have to pay more money thanks to the idiots that are careless with their animals.
