Question: A group of people claim they found my isp adress and my home adress on a forum they wanna kill me?

Yes. It is possible. However, they are probably lying. There was this one incident where this girl accused me of harassing her online. She said she tracked my ISP address and therefore had proof of my provider and where I lived. She told me I lived somewhere I did not, which was pretty funny. It was my understanding that ISP = internet service provider, like the name of a company. I didn't think you could actually get an address from it. I really doubt they did it from a forum, unless you have a lot of personal info on there (last name, email, etc).

Just to be on the safe side I would suggest you let your local police department know about the threat.

Yes, the can, most peoples name on here is the myspace name, you find the myspace you find their name, just yahoo people search it then you can get an address and a phone # i probably should not of told people that.

Well i saw a video once about how a person can find you with only a chat room username, so idk maybe. but i wouldn't worry about it too much. if it gets too creepy call the police!

Using an IP address locater is VERY inaccurate and can anywhere up to 200 miles out. Cheers -Will

Hackers can find out information like that,, they are probably tryin toscare u,, but u should report it, if u can get a screen name or a name and report it to the police,, they will probably tell u the same thing,, but at least u can report it

Hi Man ! It is against the law to threaten someone like that. Print out everything they said and take it to the police. Chances are they don't have your isp or home address though so don't worry unless they tell you the name of your street. If they refuse to give you any info that proves they aren't lying then they probably are. Have a great day!
